Our work is supported by many generous sponsors, including Irwin Mitchell, 1 Crown Office Row, the New Statesman, Matrix, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, Clifford Chance, Bindmans and 18 Red Lion Court.

Leave a legacy

If you are interested in leaving a legacy to BIHR, please contact us.

Volunteer

We are lucky to have a team of dedicated volunteers and interns who help us with our work. Some come into our offices every week, others help out with one-off tasks or projects. Click here for more information about volunteering at BIHR.

Get involved

Next time human rights ‘hits the headlines’ please write a letter to your local or regional newspapers or to the national press, post your comments on a website (like www.dailymail.co.uk) or telephone a radio phone-in. Most media reporting of human rights fails to tell the whole story, painting a negative picture. You could tell the other side of the story, with positive examples of how human rights have benefited many ordinary people and your own thoughts about how human rights are relevant in daily life. See our information and resources pages for BIHR briefings defending human rights.

Tell us your stories

Have you used human rights to resolve a difficult situation, in or out of court? If so we would love to hear your story, and we may be able to use it in our work. Fill out an online form.

Spread the word

Tell your family, friends and colleagues about BIHR and our work. Send them a link to our website, show them our publications, or tell them about our events.

If you have any other ideas about how you can support BIHR, please contact us on 020 7848 1818 or at info@bihr.org.uk.

Thank you.
