We hold a variety of events throughout the year – some are open to everyone, others are targeted at specific groups. We also co-host, support and speak at many other events.

Paul Sieghart Memorial Lecture

The annual Paul Sieghart Memorial Lecture is held in memory of the great contribution made by Paul Sieghart to the advancement of human rights throughout the UK. Paul Sieghart was instrumental in making BIHR a success in its earlier years. Past lecturers include Justice Albie Sachs, Professor Amartya Sen and The Rt Hon. the Baroness Hale of Richmond.
